Principal's Message
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the website of Saint Feichín’s National School, Cross. We are a mixed primary school located in the parish of Cong, Cross and The Neale in South Mayo.
Our school first opened its doors in 1854 and we are proud to say that the original building is still in use today. Various extensions and refurbishments have taken place to ensure that we have very modern and comfortable facilities for our pupils.
Our school has a Catholic Ethos but we welcome children of all faiths and none. We take great pride in creating a happy, vibrant learning community where each person is valued. We strive to provide an atmosphere and learning environment where each child can reach their individual potential.
