A Green Week

We had a great week celebrating Lá 'le Pádraig and Seachtain na Gaeilge. Have a look at some of the great things we did!

5th and 6th class took part in a very enjoyable and competitive Tráth na gCeist on Kahoot for Seachtain na Gaeilge.

Go Green For Ukraine

We wore green to support the people of Ukraine and to raise money for the charity Candle of Grace.

Green Fingers

Look at how busy we are planting flowers, lettuce and strawberries for our school garden. Watch this space!!!

Engineers week was a busy one in our school. The children in the Junior Room did a great job designing and creating toys from recycled materials.

A Very Special Guest

Imagine our delight when we were visited by this lovely lamb! We couldn't quite decide on a name for him so we gave him two. Liam and Bob. He really enjoyed coming to our school.

World Book Day

Health restrictions were lifted just in time for us to celebrate World Book Day together. The children in the Junior Room visited the children in the Senior Room for the first time ever!!! We had a great day dressing up as our favourite characters, a Where's Wally Hunt, some paired reading and a very enjoyable webinar with the author, Sarah Webb.
