On Thursday the boys and girls took part in the Cumann na mbunscol competition in Ballinrobe G.A.A. pitch. The girls played very well and did their very best on the day. In their first game the boys played Robeen and won by 9 points. Next they played Partry and won by 13 points. They played Cloonliffen next to see who would go through to the quarter final. Our boys came out on top winning by a comfortable 31 points. Next Tuesday our boys will play Mayo Abbey in Claremorris to determine who will go through to the semi-final. Good luck lads.
Senior Room Art
Mr. Bourke’s room did Skyline art. We painted a sunset and seascape, we also cut out buildings out of black card and some people recreated cities around the world.
Summer
The weather is getting warmer and the junior room constructed some lovely dandelions from cotton buds, felt and paper.
