Ms. O' Haire’s class painted fabulous snowmen this week. They were based on the story “The Snowman” by Raymond Briggs.

Ms Muldoon’s room made winter trees. They painted the background with the colours yellow, orange red and purple. They painted on some trees and birds with black paint and stuck eyes on them.

Ms. Geraghty’s room made stained glass pictures using contrasting warm and cool colour tones.

The Brick Club is going very well. We are learning a lot about cooperation and sharing as well as having lots of fun.
We are busily practising music for our concert. We play guitars and tin whistles and we even have a concertina and a saxophone. We have some very talented musicians in Cross N.S. It sounds great when we play together. Rehearsals for our "Primary School Christmas Musical" and "Prickly Hay" are in full swing now and they're coming together nicely. This week we started putting in some choreography, practising our moves such as jazz hands. We can’t wait until Tuesday,  12th December.
Last Friday we went to Presentation College Headford (PCH) to watch a musical called “Me and My Girl.” The main characters were Bill, Sally, Jacqueline, John and Maria. We all had an amazing day.
